PARAMUS, N.J. — Paramus resident Charles O'Toole died Monday, May 16. He was 80.
Before retiring, O'Toole worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York.
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church in Paramus.
O'Toole is survived by his wife, Kathleen O'Toole (Granahan); daughter, Maureen Cosgrove and her husband Douglas; son, Daniel O'Toole and his girlfriend Supon; daughter, Deirdre Bua and her husband Darren; and son, James O'Toole and his wife Elisabetta. He also is survived by grandchildren, Brendan, Diana, Karina, Sarah, Keira and Grace.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 S. Farview Ave., Paramus.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 20 at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home followed by an 11 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church, 234 North Farview Ave., Paramus.
Cremation will be private.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in O'Toole's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association (Research), Greater New Jersey Chapter, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834.
